About Dr. Kristi J. Kelly, Founder
My Story
My story is rooted in a passion for helping individuals to thrive and organizations to succeed. As someone who has worked across industries and who saw a need for personalized, humanistic, and authentic interactions with meaningful relationships at the center, I set out to create an intimate firm that would meet that need.
Dr. Kristi J. Kelly
Founder/Chief Leadership Officer
Dr. Kristi J. Kelly is the Founder of KJK Leadership Group (KJKLG), where she partners with individuals and organizations to develop leaders, create inclusive cultures, and drive purposeful change. With experience in both corporate and higher education settings, she brings a unique perspective on leadership, equity, and organizational transformation.
Most recently, Dr. Kelly served as an executive leader for a global company, leading initiatives in belonging, culture, and employee engagement. Prior to that, she held senior roles in higher education, including Vice President for Diversity and Associate Provost for Student Engagement, Equity, and Inclusion. Her work focuses on helping people strengthen their workplace confidence and help organizations align strategy, culture, and leadership to achieve lasting impact.
